Saint-Pierre et Miquelon

The country of Saint-Pierre et Miquelon is located in the North Atlantic Ocean 12 miles South of Newfoundland Canada. It is a French territory. The country is comprised of the island of St. Pierre, the two larger islands of Miquelon and Langlade, which are connected by a sand bar, and several smaller islands which are uninhabited.

Our operation {FP/WV2B and FP/VE1AAO} will take place from the island and city of St. Pierre. This will be a simple operation combined with sightseeing. Only low power and wire antennas will be used. The geography may present a challenge in several directions.

Look for us on or near these frequencies- 14.025, 7.005, 10.106 CW, and 14.195, 14.260, 7.065, 3.799 SSB. Other bands may be tried if possible.
