"Jim Fraser, VE1FT, and Jim Moore, VO2J, must have been good friends. They made so many contacts that one will note he did not record a date on his QSL card for contacts made while he operated St. Paul, VGS, and Sable Island, VGF, from 1937, 1938 and 1939. It cost two cents only to mail the card but as they used to say a penny saved is a penny earned or something to that effect. One wonders where the card would wind up today if they put that address on it."
